Although we rarely face one of those superheroes him or herself, we see hints of their superpowers daily. Whenever you fear one of them may be active, search for the flip side, search for its weakness, search for ways to counterbalance them.

First you will have to familiarize the team with the superheroes if they don't know them already. I advise picking 5 of them to start with. Discuss their abilities and why their weaknesses.

Then reflect on your past with the following questions in mind:

• Have we seen one or more of those superheroes around lately?
• Does the person know he/she is using those superpowers?
• How did using those superpowers help us in the short/mid/long-term?
• Do we need to use those superpowers still?
• Have we seen the weaknesses emerge already?
• Which form will those weaknesses take when they start to take effect on us?
• What can we do to counter those?
